[PD] Pd Tutorial by Puckette

Hello list,

If been working my way through the Pd Tutorial by Miller Puckette
(http://crca.ucsd.edu/~msp/) and occasionally i run into a bad reference (ie
a reference to example B01 where it should refer to B02).
I tried looking on the net for place to directly communicate this to the
author, alas, i couldnt find an email adres or anything.
Im sure somebody here will put me in the right direction so that i can
contribute at least a small bit to this community...
