[PD] rawHID - linux HID objects

So I got inspired to clean up my code and write some help patches.  So now
[linuxjoystick] works, and I wrote an joystick abstraction that uses
[linuxevent] at its core.  

[linuxevent] should also support gamepads, tablets, USB dials,
keyboards, any device supported by the Linux event system.  If you write an 
abstraction for one of these devices, please send it to me to be 
incorporated in this package.
