[PD] pure-data.org broken when hosting Java Jar files

My pd2external project is written in Java, I just uploaded a package of 
an early version (doesn't do anything useful yet) in .jar format but 
pure-data.org insists on changing the file's extension to .zip.  I tried 
setting the MIME type to application/x-java-archive but it didn't work, 
just came back as .zip.  The download window tells me it is getting file 
information for filename.jar, but then when the savepanel opens the file 
has changed to filename.zip.
