[PD] audio I/O stuck immediately after running .37t6 in WinXP

Enrike,

I've had this problem off and on before. The difference this time is 
that it happens *all* the time when I run Pd, not just occasionally.

I am currently trying to migrate my setup to Linux, but it's taking 
quite a while to get everything working properly.
