[PD] pd os x loading externals failure

hi Christian,

this is the main cyclone external checking, if there are any
abstractions it could use (when importing Max patches) as
replacements for the max/msp classes missing in the cyclone
library.  If it fails with an abstraction, a dummy class is
defined.

I am not sure, however, if loading of the main cyclone external
should be part of the standard setup -- I never do that, unless
importing from Max...

Otoh, it is not very harmful, apart from longer startup time, and
a possibility for name clashes.  Btw, cyclone's vst~ dummy, and
some others too, have already been renamed to c74.vst~ (in order
to make that dummies thing even less harmful).
