[PD] pool and .. directories

wait ... even worse ... if a directory exported to xml is empty, it won't be
recorgnized at all ... 

i've attached an xml file, that might give you a clue about the behaviour
...

i tried both 0.2.0pre (cvs, about one month ago) and 0.2.0 ... the behaviour
is the same ... unfortunately switching to pool's native file format is not
an option for me, since i'm using pool to import xml data another program
generated...

thomas ... would be nice if you could look into it ... for today, i gave up
understanding pool ...
