[PD] PDP_OSX_SECOND SCREEN

Thanks Yves, I've an Ice wm running in X11, and it can show its menu 
bar on the 2nd screen but not the windows.

I agree, it's not the problem of pidip of cos
I'll ask those mac guru guys.
