[PD] Hammerfall hdsp midi not working with pd

Hello fairest of lists,

I was wondering if anyone could help me to get the midi working
on my hammerfall multiface, at least with PD.
My laptop\'s description, along with .config file, can be found at:

2.6.9-rc3-mm3-VP-T3 kernel
AMD64 laptop

my .pdrc has the line:
-mididev 1,2,3
and I get no errors on pd/jack startup about midi, but the
mididevices dialog says only [none] as midi options.
