no lo entiendo, all of these are perfectly defined in theora.h
from libtheora-1.0alpha3 :

typedef enum {
OC_CS_UNSPECIFIED,
OC_CS_ITU_REC_470M,
OC_CS_ITU_REC_470BG,
} theora_colorspace;

well, install the right stable libtheora...
