the .pdrc file contains the startup options, so you can use it to tell 
pd which external libs to load everytime you launch the app
create a text file with "-lib percolate" (and/or any other libs you 
wanna load). just put that in your home dir, (dont forget the "." in 
the filename). there are many other options you can put in the file, 
but that depends on your needs (midi, gui, etc)
