[PD] PdWikiWiki has moved!

hi.

just in case anybody wants to know:

the PdWiki has been moved to puredata.org:
http://puredata.org/community/forums/pdwiki/

the old http://pd.iem.at/pdwiki redirects to the new site.

if anyone insists in looking at the old page, it is still available 
(read-only!) at http://iem.at/pd/pdwiki

editing is allowed only, if you are logged into the site (this should 
keep spammers away)

the migration has not worked out of the box, but at least internal links 
have been preserved.
so i beg all of you (or those who use it) to manually fix pages that 
didn't make it 100% (the only thing i can see so far is, that external 
links have problems)

2 pages have been renamed (at least), namely "PD+OpenSourceworkshop" 
(--> "PDOpenSourceworkshop") and "PD.Balkania" (-->"PdBalkania")
