[PD] pd-cyclone

My personal experience (running Debian Sarge) is that you are better off 
compiling pd and whatever extension you like yourself.

The combination that works for me (I don't use cyclone however) is 
pd-0.38-4 from Miller's site (for core pd) and 
pure-data_0.37-devel_source from sourceforge (for externals).
