[PD] no dsp-chain update after dynamic abstraction-creation

i'd consider this as bug. please file a bug report to make sure, it
won't be forgotten...

anyway ... thanks to thomas grill's dyn~ object, there is a powerful way
to do dynamic patching without pd's pitfalls ...
