[PD] no tk on OSX 10.3.9

Hi all,

I am trying to recompile pd-0.38-4 on OSX 10.3.9.
configure script checks for tk which is installed and
does not find it. PD does not compile.
It is in
Macintosh
HD:/Library/Frameworks/Tk.framework/Versions/8.4/Headers

Ouch!
