[PD] launch difficulties

This is an interesting comment which sparks my interest about the
tcl/tk interface to Pd in general.  Is there any documentation on this
topic (don't flame me if it's obvious, I didn't even google it yet). 
I do think that the ix mods to the interface are a clever idea, and
I'd like to see this develop more.  Also, when will we fix the screen
management so that too many objects don't screw up everything?
