It's maybe a minor issue, but I did it wrong again and again
(copy-paste-error), so I wanted to post it:
In the INSTALL.txt of the official pd is the following line:
[...]
type "./configure", possibly adding flags as follows:
[...]
To put Pd in /usr/bin instead of /usr/local/bin, add "--prefix=/bin".
[...]
which should be "--prefix=/usr" of course!
