[PD] dyn~ on OS X... again

OK, so no-one's answering so here we go again. I'm using Hans'  
Pd-0.38.4-extended-RC2.app and having problems with dyn~. Everytime I  
try to use dyn~ PD crashes, disappears, get's wiped off the face of  
the earth and I want to know if anyone knows why and what to do about  
it because I really want to be able to use dyn~. I'm running Tiger,  
if that makes any difference. In an attempt to get some more info I  
tried running PD from the terminal and here's the output I got after  
the crash (It crashes every time):

OK, so this tells me something. It looks like it's trying to locate / 
extra/lib/libflext-pd.dylib which doesn't exist. Is it available  
somewhere? Where?
