[PD] PDContainer 0.2

Hallo!

I reworked the containers now a little bit and it is time for a release 
0.2 ;)


CHANGELOG:

- it is possible to store pointers now in all Containers (as keys, 
values, ...) so that could be maybe of use for the pd graphical 
datastructures
- h_map: IMPORTANT: the [add ( method has changed !!! now it resets the 
value,if the key is already in the map !
(this should not break patches I hope !)
- compiles with gcc4 now (templates reworked)
- huge memory leak fixed !!!
- some bug fixes
- some internal changes


I compiled it also for linux+win and you can find binaries+source in cvs 
or at: http://grh.mur.at/software/pdcontainer.html
