Applescript  files could be compiled in English and decompiled in French.

Appart from the PDPP crew, who's writing their patches using a text editor?

Extreme PD contest: write an electroacoutic and HD video composition for "pd 
-nogui" using vi. Win the contest and get a lifetime grant to compose a 
holographic cyber-opera for "pd -sleepgrain 0 -outchannels 1024" and 7 Xbox 
360 gamepads using edlin in speech recognition mode. Get famous 50 years 
after your death from a bad larynx cancer, as a painter (of course), and 
get all your patches exposed at the Guggenheim (in Bilbao).
