[PD] Envelope generator

Hi,

This is a GOP datastructures envelope generator. It requires Pd 0.39-2.
You can bang the left inlet with a number of milliseconds and it
produces whatever envelope you drew, as a signal stretched over the
milliseconds you banged, and normalised, at the left outlet. You can use
the right inlet to access specific bits of the envelope. The number box
adds new points to the envelope, by default in the top right hand
corner. Drag them somewhere else.
