[PD] Pix_video dialog problem

That's quite strange, cause I'm using exactly the same version
of PD and GEM and the camera dialog works fine for me (the help
patch says "only on windows" but in fact it works). I have
OS X 10.4.3 and QuickTime 7.0 (dunno if it is important).
