[PD] wrapper for vst~ with load & save

thanks for the advice. i forgot those dels were there to be honest,
they were just a kind of temporary hack. i hate putting untidy stuff
like that in. you're absolutely right - i should understand message
ordering and walk before i try to run...

the vst plus thing looks great, just what im after, cheers.
