[PD] pdsend -- where is it?

Hi,

I'm running (non-extended) PD 0.39-2, and I could have sworn, a few versions
ago, pdsend used to live in /usr/bin.

At any rate, I can't find it now, and I can't see how to install it or get
it.  I'm probably not up to building it from source -- though it seems quite
possible I'm missing something simple.

Thanks for any thoughts!
