[PD] Scrollable tracker style GOP sequencer

This is perfect for those 808 sounds that popped up recently!!!  Where
can I get the neat-o breakpoint envelope I saw in the screenshot?  I'm
sick of trying to grasp the points inside of arrays, and don't like
third party solutions like yves' envgen (even though it is _really_
neat).

Oh, and kudos for the clean patches.  I might be able to learn
something for once!  Keep up the good work!
