* ann_som: Self Organizing Maps
* ann_mlp: multi layered perceptrons (feed forward)
* ann_td: time delay nn (currently a bit bugged)

and I think there was a Kahonen SOM 
knn does "nearest neighbor" I think

I played with them a while ago but never
got any interesting results, perhaps because
I did't really understand the training example.
