[PD] help browser in pd 0.39.2

Hello list,

I recently uninstalled pd extended 0.38.4 from my windows xp computer, and 
installed pd 0.39.2 and gem, because I really wanted to work with the new 
gop functionality. However, when looking for help, pd now opens a windows 
"open file" dialog, instead of the help browser I was used to in 
pd-extended. I quite liked the old help browser. Is there any way I can get 
it back in pd 0.39.2?
