[Pd] any2ascii for osx..

[makefilename %c] will convert numbers into ASCII characters.  Also,  
I just wrote this class for picking out and assembly numbers from a  
stream of ASCII chars, like from [comport].

It is called [ascii->int]. ("0x2d0xe3" == "->")
