We're actually looking for a graphical redesign for the pd.info page
for quite some time. A nice Pd-Plone skin is what's needed. There were
people promising to do something about it, but that was months ago and
will probably not happen. 

So if anybody wants to contribute a Plone Skin: you're very much
welcome to create one.
