[PD] gui external that looks like javascript tabs

Hi all,

I think I came across this external a while ago that looked really useful
for loading presets. It was kind of like javascript tabs or like the
bookmarks organization method, i.e.:

menu1
menu2
menu3 -> item1
               item2 -> preset1
               item3     preset2
               item4

If this does exist, does anyone know the name of it and who wrote it?
