[PD] ANN: munger1~ port (from the Percolate library)

Hi Ico, 

just to understand: the win munger1~ PD binary is not
 included, right? (I only see a .mxe...)
Do you have plans to include it in the future 
(I do not have flext on win at the moment) ?
