hello hcs

finally i found time to play around with arduino and pd again. therefore
i tried v0.3 of the pduino software.

technically, i don't have any issues at all. it just works _very_
smooth. even with analogue inputs enabled. also the pwm-outputs seem to
work well. thanks a lot for your work!

some little issues i came across:

- sometimes abstractions from mapping-library are invoked with a
prepended mapping/ (for example: [mapping/resample] in [pd ANALOG-INPUT]
in arduino-help.pd) and sometimes not ([bytemask] in the [arduino] abs).
for consistency's sake, it would make sense to always use namespaces,
wouldn't it?

- the numbers in [pd DIGITAL-OUTPUT] in arduino-help.pd are messed up.

- [pd INSTALL-NOTES] in arduino-help.pd needs an update:
  * [speedlim] isn't used anymore.
  * [bytemask], [debytemask] and [tolist], or the [mapping] library
should be mentioned.

cheers
roman
