[PD] pd-extended 39-2 rc3 spectral crash

it doesn't crash here:

0.40.2-extended on OSX10.4.8 PPC

[vectral~] creates fine, no crash, but [>~ ] just above it does not,  
and I can't find it in any of the help files - do you mean [max~ ]?
