[PD] Way of getting CPU load in PD

there is a built-in objectclass [cputime]. actually i am not so sure how
to use it. here it outputs only multiples of 10 ('10', '20', '30' etc).

but for your purpose, why do you need to measure the cpu load inside pd?
you could probably also use 'top' or 'top -p<pid_of_pd>' to monitor cpu
load.
