[PD] csoundapi~ in pd-extended

hi!

is anyone here using csoundapi~?

i've tried to install it under pd-extended, and it works in ubuntu but 
not in windows (I need it for an installation which should be as 
agnostic as possible). I get the following error:

C:\\Program Files\\pd\\extra\\csoundapi~.dll: couldn't load
C:\\Program Files\\pd\\extra\\csoundapi~.dll: couldn't load
csoundapi~
... couldn't create

which means the dll is found but does not load. The same .dll loads 
perfectly under pd-vanilla.

using pd-extended (0.40.3-extended-20080603), pd-vanilla (0.41-4), 
csound 5.08 (32bit)
