[PD] PdSVN 0.8

Hi all,
Here is a new version of [pdsvn].  I shrunk this one down to be as
small as possible so that it can serve as a "status-badge" in your
patch.  Clicking on the badge lets you perform adds, diffs and commits
as appropriate.

This version is for individual patches.  I have another abstraction
for directories of patches in development (it's in SVN as [pdsvndir]
but it's still pretty early).

A modified [getpatchname] is still required; Jamie, do you think you
could take a look at my patch to consider including it (it's in the
zipfile below) so this can Just Work?  I'd be happy to check in the
change but I don't want to rustle around in your directories uninvited
:).

I'm including a binary of it for Mac/Intel, so I guess you'll need
that to try this unless you feel like recompiling [getpatchname] with
my tweak.
