[PD] Building 64bit pd-extended on Ubuntu Intrepid

After much playing around, I managed to build a pd-extended 64bit .deb
for Ubuntu Intrepid.

I put all of the steps on the pd-wiki:

It's not a true pd-extended as the 0.41 version seems to still have the
table bug, but now I can use my new computer
for pd-age.
