[PD] Pd multiplayer/HTTP

Hi *,

Here are patches and a bash script for doing HTTP communication from inside Pd.
Provides a full client/server (cgi scripts) which allows you to share data
between Pd sessions via HTTP requests.

Works with Vanilla Pd on GNU/Linux and OSX. Would be cool if someone could get
this to work on Windows.
