[PD] Spanish manual

I see the link for the spanish version of the manual isn't working. Does
anyone know if it's active anywhere? i could do a translation but i don't
know how to create websites, nor how to make pdf files actually.

Puedo ver que la pagina de la traduccion al español del manual no funciona.
alguien sabe si esta activa en alguna parte? yo podria hacer una traduccion
pero no se hacer paginas web, ni documentos en pdf.
