[PD] adding Jpeg/Bitmap/tga backgrounds

Hello

I would like to add images in jpeg/tga format to patches as backgrounds for pd patches
Is this possible? I know canvas will give nice colors, but I do not think I have seen image backgrounds yet

Is there an external for this?
