[PD] Fontsizes

In winxp:
Browser-- fine.  Font menu, console buttons, iemgui properties dialogue, 
gatom properties dialogue, canvas dialogue, scalar dialogue buttons, "Put" 
menu array dialogue, find dialogue, "File" menu message-- still tiny.
