Organise a NYC Patching Circle meeting at the appropriate time before, 
during or after ICMC.

Charge 3,00 $ per student, 4,50 $ regular fee, and 5,25 $ who comes in 
late, to make a point. Then you can brag that it was 100 times less 
expensive than ICMC.

Offer it free to the students that volunteer 24 minutes of time to the 
organisation of the Patching Circle.

The only thing not downscaled, is the talent of the people who come. Ask 
every Pd user of ICMC about making a presentation at the Patching Circle.
