[PD] doc vs extra

I'm cc'ing the list since I think this is of general interest, and  
it'd be to have it on the record.

It was that way in Pd-extended 0.41.4, but with 0.42.5 just about all  
included libraries are set up as libdirs, so everything in one folder  
in extra.  The new help browser expects this format.  So only Pd- 
vanilla stuff is in 5.reference.
