[PD] pdp doc directory?

By the way, I just opened a couple of help files from the examples
directory in pdp and many (though not all) of the pdp_something objects
or abstractions are missing (they don't create).

for example pdp_conv_sobel_edge, pdp_mothin_phase, pdp_gradient

Are the help patches obsolete, or is there something wrong with my Pd
Extended installation?

Is pdp itself supposed to work, or is it an old unmantained project that
is included in pd-extended only for historical reasons?

The home page (http://zwizwa.be/pdp/) doesn't provide any documentation,
it just suggests to have a look at the pdp subdirectory in pd's 'Pure
Documentation', which does not exist.

thanks
m.
