[PD] is pdp supposed to work?

That's not PDP's page.

But clicking on the link it has to PDP's page (on Tom Schouten's site) :
   http://zwizwa.be/pd/pdp/

And then clicking on "introduction" :
   http://zwizwa.be/pdp/

You see that the only documentation it talks about, is help patches.
