[PD] "oops: ALSA cards not reported in order?"

Hi IOhannes,

How do I fix the enumeration?

'apt-get install puredata' took out jack2

Maybe there's something else going on because I get 'signalling watchdog'
and nothing else when attempting to start Pd.

Same problem with jack.
