[PD] neural network for recognizing specific sounds?

Hi, Is it possible to create in pd a patch that can be able of recognize
specific sounds?
For example a patch that can recognize and  gives you back a bang  when it
listens a "barking dog"?

Is something like this possible in pd? Do anybody have tried this?
Do i need a neural net for this? or maybe theres another approaches?

any hint would be appreciated
