[PD] [pd] using set with tabosc4~ and tabread~ while dsp=off

hey it appears I can use set with tabread~ while dsp is off and it
works when dsp is set to one but
not so with tabosc4~ actually though i'm not getting set to work with
tabosc4~ at all
