[PD] Newbie question about GEM

Hi!

I'm trying to learn GEM by going through the available tutorials, examples,
etc., but I can't find anything that does what I'd like to do. I want to
capture the output of a GEM patch and save it in a video file (any format).
It doesn't have to be done in real time, as long as it finishes in some
reasonable amount of time. Can anyone point me to an example that does
something like that?
