[PD] Building pd-l2ork on arch linux 64

This part should then fail on both pd-extended and pd-l2ork since their 
configure.ac are identical. Can you try to delete line 41 in 
configure.ac (the one that has AM_PROG_CC_STDC in it) and re-run?
