[PD] [PD-announce] Radium 1.9.31 released for Linux

This looks fascinating, but I'm having troubles getting it to build on
Fedora (think I might just give up)

I try just running build_linux.sh, and get the message

"Packages not build. First run 'make packages'

make: *** [dependencies_ok] Error 5
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs...."

So I try running 'make packages' and get something like

"which: no guile in (/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin)
which: no guile in (/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin)
make[1]: *** [libpds/libpds_autogenerated.c] Error 1
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
make[1]: *** [libpds/libpds.h] Error 1
"

I'm not extremely competent when it comes to building projects, so maybe
I'm going about this the wrong way, or missing some obvious dependencies?
